Taipei is home to the tallest building in the world. The Taipei 101 also has the fastest elevators that go from the bottom to the top in just 45 seconds. Taiwan is also one of the largest marble stone producers in the world.

Peebles is the third largest town in the scottish borders. The name probably comes from the ancient Cumbric word Pebyl, which means "a place where tents are pitched".

We live in a small town in Georgia which is the Bird Dog capital of the world. A bird dog is a sporting dog bred and trained to hunt game birds.

Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland. Everday apart from Sunday a gun is fired at 1 p.m. from the castle to give everyone an accurate check for their watches and clocks.

The 1995 Guiness Book of World Records lists the largest baked pizza on record was 37.4 meters in diameter (12,159 sq.ft.), in Norwood, South Africa December 8th 1990.
